Tom Paschall

Tom Paschall currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Checkmate Capital, a position held since 2017, and also works as the Managing Director and Partner at Coronal Energy, powered by Panasonic, since 2013. Prior professional experience includes serving as a Senior Attorney at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP from 2000 to 2013 and as the Chief Executive Officer of Tropical Energy LLC from 1996 to 1998. Tom Paschall obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from USC Gould School of Law between 1997 and 2000, and holds a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in Economics and Political Science from Duke University, completed in 1995. Additionally, Tom Paschall pursued studies at UCLA during 1995-1996.
