Benoit Bernard

Benoit Bernard began their work experience as an Administrative Assistant at Il Mondo in April 2019 and continued in this role until August 2021. In September 2021, they joined ElectroNeek as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for creating a pipeline of at least 100 potential candidates, scheduling a minimum of 40 interviews per week, and closing positions within 2-4 weeks. Benoit worked closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to define hiring strategies, sourced suitable candidates through various channels, and conducted market research and job postings. Benoit then moved to Checkme in January 2023, where they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this position, they sourced up to 50 candidates daily, conducted interviews with a minimum of 10 candidates weekly, and maintained a pipeline of candidates. Benoit also worked independently and cooperatively with a team, created and maintained KPIs and reports, and utilized platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed for candidate sourcing.

Benoit Bernard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Centre de Formation à Distance in the year 2023. Prior to that, they attended Vorminginstituut Oostende from 1999 to 2003, majoring in Gestion d'hôtels et restaurants, and earned a BEP Hôtellerie restauration degree.
