Andy Repton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andy is currently serving as the Product Director - Enterprise Engineering at Checkout.com since June 2023. Before this, they had a long tenure at J.P. Morgan, where they held various positions such as Executive Director in the Global Technology department. At J.P. Morgan, they had responsibilities including Immersive Technology AR/VR, Employee Experience & Workplace Technology Product Management, and Organizational Strategy & Agility. Prior to that, they worked at Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director in Cloud Computing & Critical Infrastructure EMEA from 2004 to 2014. Andy also had a role at ING Barings as a Systems Engineer in Technology from 2001 to 2004 and began their career at British Airways as part of the Graduate Programme in eBusiness Technology, where they were involved in building the infrastructure for the the insourcing of a new britishairways.com website.

Andy Repton attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems.
