Emily Renny has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Emily is currently working as a Product Director at Checkout.com, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they held multiple positions at Paymob. Emily served as the Director of Acceptance (Product) from June 2020 to October 2021, where they led a team of product managers and was responsible for setting strategy and coordination with other product teams. From March 2018 to June 2020, Emily was the Managing Director (Accept), overseeing the strategic direction and overall growth of the business. Before that, they were a Product Manager (Accept) from February 2017 to February 2018, responsible for the product launch and development.

Emily's earlier work experience includes roles at The GrEEK CAMPUS and Tennra. At The GrEEK CAMPUS, they were the Business Development & Community Manager from May 2016 to January 2017, managing sales and developing an entrepreneurial community. Emily also served as the Coworking Space Manager from February 2015 to April 2016, where they grew the coworking space from a small informal setup to a larger official space with a strong membership base. At Tennra, Emily was a Co-Founder from February 2015 to May 2016, involved in financial planning, funding, and connecting innovative projects with corporate sponsors.

Emily's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Coordinator & Business Development Manager at V-Worx Volunteers' Systems & Solutions from April 2013 to February 2015. Emily also gained experience in the finance industry at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where they worked as an Associate, Multi-Asset Research from May 2011 to September 2012, and as an Analyst, UK Sales from July 2009 to May 2011.

Emily Renny attended Durham University from 2005 to 2009, where they completed a degree in Modern Languages with a focus on French and Arabic. Emily'sfield of study was Foreign Languages and Literatures. In 2010, they obtained a CFA degree from the CFA Institute, although the field of study is not specified. In 2012, they completed the CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) program at the University of Cambridge. Additionally, Emily has obtained several certifications including Agile Development Practices from Lynda.com, and Facebook Marketing: Advanced Advertising, Google Analytics Essential Training, Online Marketing Foundations, and Social Media Marketing: ROI from LinkedIn.
