May Ocampo is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Regional People Leader for APAC at Checkout.com since April 2025, May previously held the position of APAC HR Leader at Western Union from January 2022 to April 2025, where responsibilities included driving HR strategy and execution for the regional business. Prior to that, May was a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Subsea 7 from July 2016 to January 2022, focusing on employee engagement, operational strategies, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
