Michel played a crucial role in bridging the gap between Marketing and Sales to enhance sales effectiveness. Michel also designed a new commission structure and sales incentive plan, contributing to a 3% increase in revenue in Q1 and an overall improvement of approximately 10% by the end of Q4. Some of their main clients included Oracle, Google, GE, Sysdig, Klarna, TATA, Anaplan, F5, and Pulse Secure.

Before Inside Global, Michel worked as a Sales Manager as an independent freelancer and at London School of Commerce as a Sales Executive. Michel successfully recruited top candidates for the Executive MBA Program and conducted research and screening of potential students for post-graduate business courses. Michel also gained a deep understanding of the enrollment process, focusing on the EMEA market.

Michel's earliest work experience was at QE SRL, where they served as a Sales Team Leader and Training Lead. Michel held this position from October 2008 to June 2013.

Michel Tornabene pursued their education at various institutions and obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they attended Cardiff Metropolitan University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Marketing. During this period, their studies focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In the same year, Michel also attended Università di Catania, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. However, the end year for this degree is unknown.

Prior to their university studies, Michel pursued additional education in specific areas. In 2012, they completed a course in Sales Coaching and Sales Team Leadership at Sales Coaching. This program focused on enhancing their selling skills and sales operations knowledge.
