Natan Alves

Natan Alves currently serves as the Regional People Director for the Americas at Checkout.com, overseeing all People Functions across the United States, Canada, and Brazil since April 2025. Previously, Natan held the position of HRBP Lead for U.S. Data Security at TikTok, supporting various clients in cybersecurity and compliance. Natan's experience includes roles as a People Partner at Instacart, a Regional People Partner at Google, and a Global Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon Web Services, where contributions focused on leadership support and strategic HR initiatives. Prior positions at BMW of North America involved steering corporate HR strategy and talent management across the Americas, while earlier experience at BMW Group and GE included leadership development and talent acquisition. Natan Alves holds an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
