Vasco Grilo

Vasco Grilo has a diverse work experience across various companies. Vasco started their career as a Mobile Developer at NDrive in 2013, where they worked on the Android development team for the navigation app NLife. Later that year, they joined Semasio as a Software Engineer, focusing on developing Backend software for their User Intelligence Platform in the Online Advertising industry. In 2018, Vasco joined Checkout.com as a Software Engineer and was promoted to Senior Software Engineer in 2019. Vasco played a key role in the company's growth and was responsible for launching and maintaining their public facing API. In 2020, Vasco took on the role of Engineering Manager at Checkout.com, leading a team of 7 members and contributing to the expansion of their tech office in Porto. Overall, Vasco has demonstrated their expertise in software engineering and their ability to adapt and contribute to the growth of various companies.

Vasco Grilo completed their Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Universidade do Minho between 2006 and 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Informatics and Computing Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, which they earned from 2010 to 2012.
