Chris Howarth

Chris Howarth has extensive experience in the retail industry. Chris began their career in 1996 working in Sales and Trade Marketing for Procter & Gamble. In 2005, they founded Retail Insight, a data analytics company that worked with many of the world's most admired grocery retailers. Retail Insight grew to 65 staff working in 28 countries before being acquired by Retail Solutions Inc and Navis Capital. In 2013, they founded CheckoutSmart, the world's leading digital loyalty platform for grocery brands. In 2017, they became Chairman of Maple Syrup Media.

Chris Howarth attended Durham University, where they earned a degree in English & Linguistics.
