Alex Chuang

Alex Chuang has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Alex started their career at Electronic Arts as a Technical Support Representative before taking on the role of Technical Support Lead. Alex then moved on to BlackRock as a Help Desk Analyst before becoming a Desktop Support Analyst. Alex then joined Jive Software as an IT Support Technician, eventually transitioning to the role of IT Systems Administrator. At Pocket Gems, they worked as an IT Systems Administrator. Currently, Alex is working at Checkr, Inc. where they started as an IT Network Engineer and later took on the role of Sr Corporate Engineering Infrastructure and Systems Engineer. In their current position, they are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network and physical security infrastructure, endpoint security systems, and SAAS productivity tools for Checkr offices.

Alex Chuang attended San Francisco State University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained two certifications: the Cisco Meraki Network Operator certification from Cisco Meraki in November 2018, and the NAPBS FCRA Basic Certificate from NAPBS in November 2018.
