Amanda Spear has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. In 2014, they started their career as an Arts Administration Intern at the Cornelius Arts Center. Then, they worked at Playworld Preferred as an Office and Sales Support from August 2014 to July 2016.

In 2016, they joined Red Classic Transportation Services, LLC, where they held multiple roles. Amanda started as an Inside Sales Representative from August 2016 to April 2017. Amanda then became an Account Development Representative from April 2017 to January 2019. After that, they were promoted to Strategic Account Manager from January 2019 to August 2019. Lastly, they served as an Enterprise Account Manager from August 2019 to June 2021.

Currently, Amanda is working at Checkr, Inc. since June 2021. Amanda started as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and was later promoted to Manager, Customer Success in April 2023.

Amanda Spear graduated from Appalachian State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Arts Management. In addition to their degree, they obtained the AFAA Primary Group Exercise certification from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in January 2014.
