Avery Conant

Avery Conant has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career in 2011 as an Educational Program Assistant Intern at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, where they organized and filed educational program records. In 2012, they worked as a Loss Prevention and Sales Associate at Berkeley Hat Company. From 2013 to 2015, Avery worked at Follett Higher Education Group, initially as a Sales Associate in the eFollett mail-order department and later as a Customer Service Team Lead, managing a team of over 30 cashiers. In 2015, they joined SolarCity as a Field Energy Specialist, where they educated customers on clean energy alternatives. Also in 2015, Avery briefly worked as a Customer Support at Checkr through Premier Staffing Inc. They continued their career at Premier Talent Partners in 2018, where they held the role of Quality Manager. Finally, in 2021, Avery joined Checkr, Inc. as a Sr. Product Operations Specialist, and also held previous roles such as Sr. Quality Project Manager and Quality Specialist. Overall, they have demonstrated their ability to work in customer support, sales, operations, and quality management roles.

Avery Conant has a strong educational background in English Language and Literature. They first attended Gavilan College from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in English Language and Literature. Following this, Avery Conant enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature.

In addition to their academic achievements, Avery Conant has also obtained various certifications. They became a Beats by Dr. Dre Certified Technician through Creative Channel Services in February 2014. In December 2013, they obtained an Apple Product Professional certification from Apple. Their most recent certification is the FCRA Advanced Certificate, which they obtained from PBSA in July 2020.
