Berkeley Fife

Berkeley Fife is currently the Litigation Counsel at Checkr, Inc., a role they undertook in 2025. Prior to this, they served as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from 2021 to 2025, and as a Summer Associate at Paul Hastings in 2017. Berkeley gained valuable experience as a Communications Intern for the City and County of San Francisco in 2014, where they wrote speeches and press releases for Mayor Ed Lee. They also held the position of Head of Fundraising for Portraits of Family House in 2012. Berkeley earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center after completing another Juris Doctor at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
