Haley Costa

Haley Costa is a seasoned procurement and contract management professional with extensive experience in legal review and negotiation of various agreements across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Procurement Contract Manager at Checkr, Inc. since April 2024, Haley negotiates vendor contracts including SaaS and Professional Services Agreements. Previously, as Senior Manager of Commercial Contracts IT at DaVita, Haley managed enterprise-level vendor contract negotiations and spearheaded strategic procurement initiatives. Haley's career began in land management at Antero Resources, where skills in contract negotiations were honed, followed by roles at Purple Land Management and Promontory Financial Group, focusing on document analysis and due diligence. Haley's legal education includes a JD from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a BA in Sociology from the University of Mississippi.
