Pardeep Pathania

Pardeep Pathania has a strong background in software engineering and platform implementation. Pardeep started their career at Capgemini in 2016 as an Associate Consultant, where they developed web and desktop applications, implemented REST/APIs, and actively engaged with clients to gather requirements. Pardeep then joined the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2020 as a Platform Implementer, where they designed Salesforce community websites, implemented REST APIs, and improved user experience. Currently, they are working at Checkr, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they successfully launched an Integrated Identity Verification Service for UK Criminal Screenings, optimized the internal support team's efficiency, and significantly reduced the UK Exception rate and turnaround time. Pardeep has consistently demonstrated their ability to deliver high-quality solutions and improve customer experience throughout their career.

Pardeep Pathania completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Himachal Pradesh University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. Pardeep then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Science at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where they studied from 2020 to 2021.
