Seth Rauch

Seth Rauch is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for the Growth business group at Checkr, Inc., Seth manages over 15 engineers across multiple locations, including the United States, Santiago, Chile, and Kyiv, Ukraine. Previously, at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, Seth held roles as Software Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams for a high-traffic health application and leading technical transitions. Earlier experience includes positions at Photobucket and Patterson Dental, where Seth developed web applications and provided technical guidance. Seth holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
