Sofia L currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CTO at Checkr, Inc., beginning in January 2025. Previously, Sofia held the position of Head of Engineering & Product Operations at Komodo Health from January 2020 to January 2025, overseeing key areas such as business operations and technical program management. Prior to this, Sofia worked at Cloudflare, serving in various roles including Director of Engineering Operations and Senior Manager of Technical Program Management from January 2019 to January 2020. Earlier experiences include serving as a Product Development Associate at Genentech, managing global clinical trials, and working at Rackspace Technology as a Technical Program Manager. Sofia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture and Life Sciences with a focus on Microbiology and Chemistry from the University of Arizona and a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
