Zoë McKenzie

Zoë Mckenzie has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Zoë is currently working as the Director RevOps Technology at Checkr, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Sales Operations at Belong from July 2022 to February 2023, where they played a key role in driving revenue growth and was responsible for sales process, enablement, incentive planning, and forecasting.

Before their role at Belong, Zoë was the Director of Sales Technology at The RealReal from January 2021 to July 2022. In this position, they defined and scaled the sales process and technology, leading to a 5x increase in revenue. Zoë managed various aspects of the sales organization, including new service offerings, territory segmentation, chain of custody tracking, and a diverse tech stack.

Prior to their work at The RealReal, Zoë had a long tenure at Tasktop, starting as a Business Manager from January 2010 to December 2013. Zoë then served as a Sales Operations Manager from December 2013 to October 2017. From October 2017 to October 2018, they were a Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations, and from October 2018 to December 2020, they held the role of Director of Revenue Operations. In these positions, they focused on operational excellence, improving systems and processes, and increasing revenue across the customer journey.

Zoë also has experience outside of the tech industry. Zoë worked as a Research Assistant at NRC-IFCI from May 2009 to May 2010, where they conducted research on catalysts for metal-air fuel cells. Additionally, they served as the President of the UBC Undergraduate Chemistry Society from April 2008 to May 2009.

Zoë McKenzie holds a BSc degree in Chemistry from The University of British Columbia. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in User Experience Design from Salesforce in August 2021 and Salesforce Administration in October 2016.
