Dave Aardsma

Dave Aardsma is the founder of Aardsma Environmental Solutions Inc. and has over 35 years of experience as a strategic sales, marketing, and operations executive. Currently, Dave serves on the boards of multiple organizations, including Dynamic Facility Services, Impact Environmental Group, BioGreen360, and CheckSammy. In previous roles, Dave was instrumental in leading Cleanaway Waste Management back to profitability as Executive GM and played a key role at Waste Management, where initiatives under their leadership resulted in significant revenue growth and market repositioning. Dave's educational background includes studies at Northwestern College, Calvin College, and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
