Allen Skinn

Allen Skinn serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Checkstep since September 2022, following a successful tenure at Zilliant Incorporated from September 2006 to July 2022 as Vice President of Operations - Customer Success and Services, which culminated in a notable acquisition by Madison Dearborn Partners. Previous roles include Vice President of Professional Services at Vignette Corporation, where significant revenue growth occurred prior to its acquisition by OpenText, and Principal Consultant at NOUVEAUTECH, an early adopter in Indian IT outsourcing. Allen's early career includes positions as Senior Vice President at Sterne Agee specializing in small and mid-cap technology investments, Manager at Dempsey & Company, and Product Manager at IBM, where contributions included launching a software-only motion video product. Allen holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University, and an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
