Walter Lowe is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in managing operations across high-volume establishments. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, they have effectively guided complex business plans, achieving financial targets through collaboration and strategic direction. Previously, Walter held leadership roles at multiple restaurants, including Director of Operations at Mijo's Mexican Restaurant and OPS General Manager at OnThe Border, where they successfully turned around failing units and participated in new store openings. Walter holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Bishop College/University of Oklahoma.
