Dalia Steichen

Dalia Steichen has a long and varied work experience in design and creative roles. Dalia began their career in 2008 as a Graphic Designer for Arizona Daily Wildcat. In 2010, they were a Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator for Mosaic Wellness Center. In 2011, they worked as a Graphic Designer for AIM Creative Agency. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Lead Designer and Graphic & Web Designer for Poetic Systems, where they specialized in large, complex projects and co-pioneered Poetic’s data-driven approach for design process. Dalia also produced clean, thorough UX deliverables such as site maps, user stories, wireframes, and functional prototypes. In 2016, they became the Owner & Designer of Dalia Rihani Design, where they brought a visual voice to brands and solved problems using a data-driven approach with a focus on UX and branding. Since 2019, they have been the Creative Director and Design Manager for Cheers.

Dalia Steichen completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 2010. Prior to that, they attended Episcopal High School from 2004 to 2006.
