Simona Occhiuzzi

Simona Occhiuzzi has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in talent development and training. As an HR Talent Development Partner at Gruppo Montenegro from March 2021 to February 2023, Simona was responsible for defining annual training plans, managing onboarding processes, and overseeing the Gruppo Montenegro Academy. Prior to this role, Simona worked at Chef Express as HR Recruiting Training & Development, where responsibilities included hiring personnel and managing training programs for a large sales network. Simona also gained experience as an HR & Learning Coordinator at Neotron Spa and as a recruiter at ManpowerGroup. Educational background includes a Laurea Magistrale in Labor Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
