I am a Henley-based professional chef with experience spanning 25 years across the hospitality industry working in some of the finest hotels and restaurants across the UK and the Channel Islands for some of the industry’s greatest (and sometimes fiercest) chefs including Gordon Ramsey and Marco Pierre White to name just two.

I decided to go out on my own as a private chef in 2019 and since then I've created a thriving premium caterers with clients across the Home Counties and London. In addition to fine dining dishes and menus using the best ingredients, my team and I offer a comprehensive events planning and delivery service to ensure your special meal or event is one to remember.
