Corey Hemminger

Corey Hemminger has extensive work experience in IT and engineering roles. Corey is currently working as a Sr Customer Architect at Progress Chef since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Xcel Energy as a Sr. IT Engineer from October 2021 to April 2022 and as a Sr. Systems Administrator from December 2019 to October 2021. Corey also worked at Netgain Technology, LLC as a Cloud DevOps Engineer from October 2018 to December 2019, at Protolabs as a DevOps Engineer from October 2017 to October 2018, and at NativeX as a Senior Systems Engineer from February 2012 to September 2017. Corey started their career at ING Direct Bank as a Command Center Associate from January 2011 to March 2012. Prior to that, they worked at St. Cloud State University in the Business Computing Research Lab/High Performance Computing Group as a Systems/Network Administrator from November 2007 to May 2011. Corey also served in the United States Air Force as an Engineering Assistant from September 2001 to March 2007, where they held a Secret Security clearance and served in Operation Enduring Freedom. Corey has expertise in network support, systems engineering, DevOps, and cloud development.

Corey Hemminger attended St. Cloud State University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Elective Studies degree with a concentration in Information Systems. In September 2012, they also received a Red Hat Certified System Administrator certification from Red Hat. Prior to their university education, Corey Hemminger completed an Engineering Apprentice Course and received a Certificate of Completion from the United States Air Force in November 2001.
