Tim Octon

Tim Octon has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Tim started their career at Compuware in 1997 as an Enterprise Software Sales representative and worked there until 2001. Tim then joined IBM as the European Sales Lead for zSeries Websphere Portfolio from 2001 to 2005. After that, they became the Software Client Lead at IBM from 2005 until 2021. Since 2021, Tim has been working at Chef Software as a Sales representative.

Tim Octon attended the University of Portsmouth from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering. Tim also holds a certification as a Yacht Master from RYA, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
