Doaa Aref

Doaa Aref has extensive experience in digital marketing and advertising. Doaa started their career as a Social Media & E-Marketing Instructor-Trainer-Consultant at IT Club for Training and Development in 2008, where they prepared and delivered lectures on various topics, evaluated student work, and graded examinations. In 2011, they joined Xpand Marketing Group as an Advertising Strategist and Social Media Marketing Director, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans, and owned the strategy and execution of social media initiatives. From 2012 to 2013, Doaa worked at Edu Castle for Schools & Nursery Supplies as an Advertising Strategist and Social Media Marketing Director. Doaa then moved on to Serenity Agency for Advertising Services, where they served as both an Advertising Strategist and Social Media Marketing Director, as well as an Art Production Manager and Social Media Responsible. In these roles, they oversaw production processes, maintained equipment, implemented quality control programs, and supervised and motivated a team of workers. In 2015, Doaa joined Seven Agency and Mnbaa - منبع as a Digital Marketing Manager, devising strategies to drive online traffic, tracking conversion rates, and managing digital marketing campaigns. Doaa also worked at Speakol from 2016 to 2017 as a Digital Marketing Manager, planning and executing various digital marketing campaigns and optimizing spend and performance based on insights. In 2016, they joined Stylish Eve as the Director of Digital Marketing, where they defined and established a robust global digital marketing and eCommerce strategy, monitored the P&L of the eCommerce channel, and set monthly and quarterly projections. Most recently, Doaa has been serving as the CEO of Chefaa since 2017.

Doaa Aref's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at Tanta University - Faculty of Agriculture. Doaa completed their Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences with a General Major in 2008.

Following their undergraduate studies, Doaa pursued a Diploma in Quality Control at Alexandria University - Faculty of Agriculture from 2010 to 2012. Doaa'sspecialization during this program focused on Microbiology and quality control.

In 2011, Doaa furthered their education by undertaking an MBA at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport. Doaa completed their MBA degree with a specialization in business administration and management in 2013.

Most recently, in 2021, Doaa attended Harvard Business School Online for a program related to Health/Health Care Administration/Management. However, it is not specified if they earned a degree during their tenure at Harvard.
