Earlier in their career, Roaa worked at Entreprenelle, a company focused on women entrepreneurship, where they held various roles including Chief Growth & Operations Officer, Entreprenelle Hub Founder & Community Leader, and Event Manager for SHECAN'20, a large women entrepreneurship event in the MENA region. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and Content Manager for SHE CAN'19.
