Brooks Ross

Brooks Ross has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Chef Manager and previously as Sous Chef at ChefAdvantage since November 2021. Prior roles include Sous Chef at Aramark (January 2020 - October 2021), Chef at Mattina Bella (April 2017 - January 2020), Kitchen Manager at Chick-fil-A-Franchise (June 2015 - March 2017), and Manager at Islamorada Fish Company (August 2012 - June 2015). Brooks holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Southeastern Louisiana University, attained between 2003 and 2007.
