Eric Prince is a District Manager at ChefAdvantage and a member of the Regional Culinary Support Team at SAGE Dining Services, where they provide culinary guidance to over 20 accounts in the Southeast. With more than 15 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, Eric has developed expertise in menu creation, event planning, and team building. They also own AVEE Global Liquidators, an online retail and auction outlet established in 2015, where they manage various aspects of the business. Eric holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Atlanta and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Kennesaw State University.
