Simi Lam is currently the Operations Manager at Chefman & CHEF iQ for the Pasadena Warehouse since 2024. Previously, Simi held the position of Business Development Manager at ExpressTest by MHS from 2022 to 2024, and served as General Manager and Chief Executive Officer at Truckman Transport LLC in 2025. Simi spent a significant time as a Rabbinic Fellow at COMMUNITY KOLLEL OF HOUSTON from 2019 to 2022 and at Berlin Lakewood Kollel from 2017 to 2019. Simi is currently pursuing education at Beth Medrash Govoha.
