Previously, Ashish worked as a Senior Research Associate at o2h discovery and as a Research Chemist at Sphaera Pharma. Ashish has also served as a Junior Research Fellow in the Department of Chemistry at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, where they contributed to published research on organic reactions.
