Donna Davis is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in benefits administration, employee relations, and HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Cheiron since August 2019, Donna efficiently handles a wide range of HR functions, guiding administrative staff and supporting senior management. Prior roles include Lead Benefits Analyst at KeyW Corporation, where Donna managed benefit operations for 2,000 government employees, and Benefits Analyst at Intelsat, overseeing benefit inquiries for over 1,000 employees. Donna began their career as a Benefits Administrator at FCi Federal, providing HR consultation for 5,000 government employees. Our primary business is in the pension and health areas, where we help clients identify, measure, and monitor financial risks, and assist them in addressing those risks.
