Mark Wenlock is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Principal at Bridgemont since January 2023. In addition, Mark has held the position of Group Managing Director Developments at Chelsfield since April 2006, where responsibility includes overseeing projects for a prominent international real estate company focused on asset management, development, and investment across major global cities. Prior to these roles, Mark was Development Director at Stanhope Properties Limited from April 1996 to April 2006, and served in various capacities at Taylor Woodrow Construction from April 1986 to April 1996.
