Paul Yau

Paul Yau has a significant background in investment and property research. Paul has worked as an Investment Director at Chelsfield since 2023, following their tenure at Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited as an Investment Director from 2014 to 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HK property research at Standard Chartered Bank from 2011 to 2014.

Paul also has experience as a Senior Fund Manager at The Link from 2009 to 2011, a Hong Kong property research associate at Merrill Lynch from 2007 to 2009, and an Investment Associate at Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited from 2006 to 2007. Paul began their career as a Research Associate at Credit Suisse from 2001 to 2006 and, during that time, also worked as an Assistant Manager at the Securities and Futures Commission from 2003 to 2004.

Paul Yau completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Economics from the University of Warwick, where they studied from 1993 to 1998.
