Mike Howdeshell

Mike Howdeshell currently serves as the President of Chem-Aqua, Inc. since June 2020. Previously, Mike held the position of Vice President at NCH Corporation from February 2018 to June 2020 and was also Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at NCH from February 2015 to June 2020. Prior to NCH, Mike was the Vice President of Fluidity at Select Energy Services from June 2011 to February 2015 and the R&D Director at Siemens Water Technologies from November 2005 to June 2011. Additionally, Mike worked as the Industry Development Manager at Nalco from December 1996 to December 2005. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington (1991-1995), a Leading Organizational Performance certificate from London Business School (2017), and a BA in Chemistry and Math from Augustana College (1989-1991).
