Aiden Kermen is a Continuous Improvement Engineer at ChemArt since January 2022, specializing in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and leading lean manufacturing initiatives. With a background as a Mechanical Engineering Consultant, Aiden has experience in planning and creating mechanical designs while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineer, where Aiden implemented workflow process improvements in supply chain operations and utilized advanced manufacturing technologies. Additionally, Aiden served as an Education Supervisor for Robotics, managing a team to deliver educational programs focused on robotic fundamentals. Aiden holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Rhode Island.
