Alfred Silva

Alfred Silva is an experienced Director of Environmental Health & Safety and Quality with over 32 years in Environmental Health Safety management and 18 years in Human Resources. They have held notable positions at companies such as Denison Pharmaceuticals, where they served as Vice President of Human Resources and EH&S Director, and ChemArt, where they are currently responsible for directing all Environmental Health & Safety and Quality initiatives. Alfred began their career at National Semiconductor as an Environmental Health Safety Coordinator and continued to develop expertise in regulatory compliance, OSHA training, and environmental programs across various industries. They earned an Associate of Science degree in Fire Prevention and Safety Technology from Mission College.
