John Grantz

John Grantz is an experienced operations and supply chain executive with a strong background in manufacturing and logistics. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Chemelex since January 2025, John oversees all manufacturing sites and implements lean manufacturing practices. Prior to this, John held key leadership roles at nVent, including Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain and Director of Integrated Supply Chain, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution within the Thermal Management segment. John's experience also encompasses roles at Pentair, Sequoia Retail Systems, and Toppan Photomasks, Inc., where John managed operations, quality assurance, and engineering teams across various sectors. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and pursued Executive Education in Finance and Accounting at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
