Lei Wu

Lei Wu is a technology leader currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at Chemelex, where they lead a team in developing industrial IoT analytics solutions. Previously, Lei worked as a Technical Product Owner at nVent, spearheading significant data projects that resulted in a patent and substantial time savings for the company. They have extensive experience in academia, having held research and teaching roles at institutions such as Curtin University and the University of Alberta, where they earned a PhD in Geophysics. Throughout their career, Lei has focused on areas such as big data analysis, AI/ML, and cloud computing, demonstrating a commitment to both mentorship and innovation.
