Ryan Shonka

Ryan Shonka, MBA, CPSM, currently serves as Operations Transformation Manager at Chemelex, beginning in January 2025. Previously, Ryan held multiple positions at nVent, including Global Strategic Sourcing Manager for Thermal, overseeing a $40M spend and managing a team responsible for strategic sourcing. Ryan's earlier experience includes roles at Pentair as Sr. Supply Leader and at Valspar in various supply chain and sourcing positions, where significant achievements included managing a range of commodities and negotiating high-value contracts. Ryan earned an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of St. Thomas and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
