Chilala C.

Chilala C. is the Director of the Field Accounting Support Team at Chemonics International, where they lead project start-up training in accounting and compliance. With over a decade of experience in finance and accounting, Chilala has developed and implemented financial controls and systems, managed multi-million dollar projects, and ensured compliance with donor regulations. Their previous roles include positions at the African Development Bank as a Loan Disbursement Specialist and at Plan International as a Project Accountant. Chilala holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
