Dimitri Peffer

Dimitri Peffer is the Country Director for the GHSC-PSM project at Chemonics International, where they lead a team of 80-100 staff and manage an annual budget of up to $100 million to improve health supply chains in Mozambique. With over 30 years of experience in supply chain management, health economics, and information systems, Dimitri has held various leadership roles, including Chief of Party for health systems strengthening at Deloitte and Health Systems Specialist at USAID. Dimitri has contributed to significant projects like the development of the MOH Central Medical Stores' 10-year strategic plan and the implementation of vital software solutions across the country. They hold a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from Université Catholique de Louvain and an M.Sc. in Health Economics from York University.
