Jack Delf is a Tour Operator and Tourism Development Consultant with over 25 years of experience in marketing and business development. They are the entrepreneur behind Black Mountain Montenegro Ltd, providing unique adventure travel experiences throughout the Western Balkans. Jack has held consultant roles for organizations such as USAID, WWF, and the United Nations, focusing on the development of tourism strategies and sustainable practices across more than 30 countries.
