Leila Calnan is an experienced consultant in international development and tourism, bringing over 30 years of expertise to her work. Leila served as an Operations Specialist at The World Bank from 1993 to 1997 and later held the position of Senior Associate at Nathan Associates from 1998 to 2006. From 2006 to 2018, Leila was a Principal and Senior Advisor at Cardno Emerging Markets Group Ltd, before transitioning to independent consulting as a Tourism Development Consultant until 2021. Currently, Leila is the Chief of Party for Visit Tunisia at Chemonics International. Leila holds a Master of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from American University and a Master of Arts in Tourism Administration from The George Washington University.
