Mirela Smole

Mirela Smole has over twenty-five years of experience in government contracting, specializing in risk and compliance management, supply chain operations, and strategic sourcing. They held the position of Senior Contracts Director at John Snow, Inc. from 2006 to 2017 and currently serve as Lead Risk Senior Director at Chemonics International, focusing on global health supply chain procurement. Mirela is pursuing a Master's degree from Cornell University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Tirana. They possess extensive knowledge of U.S. government contracting regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
