Natalie Kone is currently the Associate General Counsel at Chemonics International. Previously, they served as a Senior Associate in Corporate (M&A) at Hogan Lovells from 2016 to 2023, where they advised major clients on significant acquisitions and bond issuances. Natalie also held positions as a Corporate Paralegal at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and worked as a freelance editorial assistant and translator. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, graduating cum laude, and completed a Bachelor's degree in English, French Studies, and Policy Studies from Rice University, also magna cum laude. Additionally, Natalie pursued a Master's degree in French & Comparative Literature at Université Paris Nord-Paris 13.
