They have worked on economic development, humanitarian efforts, and commercial projects, demonstrating expertise in regulatory reform, procurement, and private sector construction. Omar has held various roles, including Emergency Logistics Manager at International Medical Corps and Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator at USAID, and has led significant initiatives in high-risk environments. They earned a B.Eng. in Electrical Power Technology Engineering from the University of Mosul and currently manages complex operations at Chemonics International.
