Shaun McNally

Shaun McNally is a senior executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in governance and public policy. Currently serving as Chief of Party for the USAID-funded Water Governance Activity in Jordan, Shaun previously held significant roles, including Executive Director of the CT Early Childhood Alliance and Chief of Party for various governance projects across Iraq, Afghanistan, and Albania. Shaun's background includes a tenure as a State Representative in Connecticut and extensive experience in legislative and public affairs. Shaun earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Connecticut and an MPA from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
