Sam Huang

Sam Huang has a diverse work experience in the field of Medicinal Chemistry. Sam began their career as a Research Assistant at the Chengdu Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2004. In 2005, they joined KU Leuven as a Research Assistant and later became a Senior Research Scientist/Team Leader, holding this position until 2017. In 2018, Sam joined Ark Biosciences Inc. as an Associate Director in Medicinal Chemistry. Sam then moved to ChemPartner in 2019, where they initially served as the Director of Medicinal Chemistry and later as the Senior Director of Medicinal Chemistry, a position they currently hold.

Sam Huang has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Lanzhou University. Sam also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organic/Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Sam Huang is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at KU Leuven.
